Researchers found that exercising during midlife, especially if you haven’t been, can pay enormous later-life benefits. Studies suggest that if someone in midlife goes from a sedentary lifestyle to becoming fit, the payoff may be in terms of staving off chronic diseases. Moving out of a sedentary lifestyle requires only a small dose of exercise, like 30 minutes of walking on most days of the week. So if you can,  do fit in a quick daily walk. Still not sure?
